For instance, we have supported dystonia movement disorder, and progressive cerebral ataxia causing increasing rigidity. These situations require a two-person assist with the use of a Hoyer lift, hospital bed, commode, and a wheelchair with a seatbelt.

We have recently performed extensive renovations in one of our homes for four people, three of whom are individuals with wheelchairs and who require full assistance.  The home is compliant with the most current fire and building codes and well-equipped with hard-wired smoke detector, hard-wired carbon monoxide detector, sprinkler system, emergency lighting, roll-in shower, and wide corridor with three separate exits.
